EducatorSoft is a company created by Designer and Web Developer Andrey Barashkov.

Andrey Barashkov is working with Louisiana Department of Education since 1998. He is developer for Teacher Certification Management System which currently in use in a Department.

Prior to this development he developed many other projects, such as Making Connections (repository of the teacher lesson plans), varies of data collection and data analytical projects and web sites.
Currently he is in charge of one of the leading web sites for the Louisiana Department of Education - Teach Louisiana. This web designed to help all educators and potential teachers find job opportunities, certification and other information about education in Louisiana.
